Our family wanted a place we could all be together. Comfortably, having fun, and something we could enjoy year-round - Cedar & Sand is the culmination of that vision, and we're excited for you to enjoy all 3,500 sq ft!
Enjoy the spring-fed, no-motor lake - perfect for families with young children. Enjoy the lake views while playing on your home's personal putting green, soaking in the hot tub, s'mores'n it up at the fire, or dining outside together with a patio table set for 16.
Our decked-out game room was meant to be enjoyed regardless of time of day, or time of year - the Neon lights bring you into a real arcade, with music and endless fun.
The Lake
Your own private slice of Wisconsin water.
Step outside and you're already there. No parking lots, no crowds — just a private spring-fed lake with a sandy, rock-free beach safe for your family. Glide on the lake on the kayaks, paddleboards, or enjoy smores by the lake at the firepit, or enjoy outside dining for up to 16 people - everything you need to spend a full day by & on the water.
The Game Room
We went a little overboard. On purpose.
Four arcade1up games, digital pinball, tournament-grade pingpong, air hockey, pop-a-shot, shuffle board, a JBL PartyBox speaker, and a custom Cedar & Sand neon sign. Snow day? What snow day?
The Lounge & Wet Bar
The lower level that becomes the party.
A fully loaded entertainment space — movie nights with warm homemade popcorn on the 85" Roku TV with surround sound and dual subwoofers, refreshing cocktail hours, pool tournaments, or just somewhere to decompress after a day on the lake.
The Kitchen
Built for the big breakfast.
A full kitchen set up for dining groups up to 17. Where you're fix'n your morning coffee at the coffee bar, mix'n up pancakes for the family, or preparing a holiday dinner, Cedar & Sand has everything you need.
The Bedrooms
Everyone sleeps well here.
Five bedrooms, 17 beds, DreamCloud hybrid mattresses on every queen and king. Every room has its own Roku TV, wireless charging, and blackout curtains.
